We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at info@reformcosmetics.co.nz. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased with a gift card

EXCHANGES

Need something else? The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
